I had the pleasure of attending Restaurant Trends Show recently.  There was a great positive vibe by the speakers as well as the attendees. 

 The speakers, which included Peter Mead from BRA, Mark Roberts from WS Development, Young Park from Berkley Investments and Charlie Perkins from The Boston Restaurant Group, were all positive about future restaurant development in the city. The highlight was Charlie Perkins’ presentation.  He covered a wide range of topics from determining a restaurants worth to operating ratios of some of the most popular restaurants.  Here is a link to all of the facts and figures.  trends
