Earl of Sandwich

Ashling, Inc. has been awarded the Earl of Sandwich project on the Boston Common. We have been selected based on our ability to navigate thru a precedent setting permit process, starting with obtaining the only street address for a building within the Boston Common.

We are currently working with City of Boston, Parks Department, Landmarks, Friends of the Common and various other groups to repurpose the building into a sandwich shop without impacting its historical location and facade.  Follow us as we work with these groups, engineers, utilities and neighbors to create a new Landmark on the Common.
